Mason Bees

Ages 11-14 years old

The period following the critical milestone in a child's life is marked by two to three years of relative stability. This calm precedes the stage commonly known as early adolescence, during which another significant transformation occurs. At this point, the emotional experiences of the child's earlier years begin to manifest more clearly.

This new phase marks the beginning of a child's complete separation of their sense of self from the world around them. It represents a fundamental shift in how their will interacts with their environment.

While the child first engaged with the world more actively upon entering school age, setting and pursuing specific goals, their approach now broadens. During early adolescence, their activities aim to master the external world as a whole. This process begins in early adolescence and reaches completion during the core years of puberty.

The term "master" is used intentionally here, as the child's interactions with the outside world take on a noticeably assertive quality.
